Steven Westreich is the President and Founder of Westbridge Realty Group, a full-service investment sales firm based in New York City. Handling acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of investors, Westbridge concentrates on middle-market multi-family, mixed-use, and development properties in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. Mr. Westreich’s knowledge and capabilities span a diverse variety of commercial real estate asset types, including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, vacant development land, low-income housing, and lodging properties. In 2015, Steven was recognized by the Commercial Observer as one of New York City's 30 under 30 rising stars in commercial real estate.
Before starting Westbridge Realty Group, Steven worked at Rosin & Associates as a senior appraiser and CMBS underwriter, where he appraised or underwrote over $2B worth of real estate. Prior to that, Mr. Westreich served as an Investment Sales Associate at Newmark Knight Frank, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in New York City. While attending the University of Maryland, Mr. Westreich served as a land development broker at The Hogan Companies, a premier land brokerage and development firm in the Mid-Atlantic, based in Annapolis, Maryland.
Mr. Westreich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Maryland, with an additional focus in Accounting and Economics. Mr. Westreich has also completed additional coursework at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Adam specializes in investment sales throughout the Greater New York area. By possessing an extensive range of deal-making capabilities, Adam has closed several transactions in excess of $100M spanning nearly all product types, including multi-family, mixed-use, development sites, and commercial buildings.
Adam started his real estate career with Besen & Associates in 2012 as an associate broker. One of Adam’s signature deals at Besen was a development site on 23rd Street near Gramercy Park that sold for over $20,000,000. Adam gained vital experience in working through the complexities that a development site entails such as assemblage and buyout negotiation. Adam was recognized as a creative deal-maker and received the “Deal of the Year” award for his efforts on this transaction.
Adam possesses a passion for the real estate market and thoroughly enjoys informing clients of market trends and new developments in the New York metropolitan area. Adam is respected for his enthusiastic and driven approach that enables him to work through any multifaceted real estate transaction. Adam graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
Hen Vaknin is a Vice President at Westbridge Realty Group. He joined the firm as a full-time associate in May of 2015 after working in the residential brokerage industry for two years in New York. In June of 2017, Hen became Vice President.
Hen’s tireless work ethic and enthusiastic approach has quickly made him a valuable resource for all matters involving both the acquisition and disposition of any real estate asset in the NYC investment sales market. Specializing in development, and redevelopment opportunities, Hen has been able to consistently source off-market opportunities for developers and investors. Additionally, Hen is the “go-to” broker for many property sellers because of his creative deal-making ability.
Hen graduated with honors from Tel Aviv University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Hen is also an avid supporter of the FIDV- Beit Halochem Young Leaders charitable organization which gives back to the wounded soldiers of Israel.
Isaac Shrem is a Director at Westbridge Realty Group, joining the team in July of 2015. Isaac focuses on Investment Sales in the metropolitan New York area, with particular expertise in the disposition of multi-family & mixed-use assets. Issac’s persistent and dedicated approach combined with his proficient negotiating skills have allowed him to creatively structure transactions to meet client objectives. Within his first year at Westbridge, Isaac quickly showcased his abilities by successfully brokering several transactions including a 28-unit mixed-use building in the Bronx, a 20-unit building in Brooklyn, and various others.
Isaac’s passion for the real estate market started at an early age, when he was exposed to his family’s substantial involvement in the investment of shopping centers and retail strips across the US. Isaac has successfully leveraged that passion into becoming a consistent deal maker for Westbridge’s clients.
Isaac graduated with Honors from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business with a B.S. in Business Management & Marketing.
Elliot Greenberg is an Associate at Westbridge Realty Group, joining the team in November of 2016. Elliot specializes in mixed-use, multifamily, and development properties in all five boroughs of New York. Elliot possesses thorough knowledge of the real estate market in New York City and is known for providing in-depth property valuations, market analyses, and superior service to his clients.
Prior to joining Westbridge, Elliot served as a retail leasing broker with Norman Bobrow & Company. Elliot’s prior experience in retail leasing has allowed him to identify trends and opportunities, particularly in mixed-use and retail asset classes.
Elliot graduated from Yeshiva University with a B.S. in Marketing with a concentration in Business Management.
Ariel Benyacov is an Associate at Westbridge Realty Group, joining the team in June of 2017. Ari specializes in mixed-use, multifamily, and development properties in all five boroughs of New York. Ari is known for his "hands on" approach, often involved in the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and financing of his client's deals.
Prior to joining Westbridge, Ari served as Head of Acquisition for The Stuyvesant Group, one of Brooklyn's preeminent developers, during which time he was responsible for the acquisition & disposition in over $100mm worth of real estate. Ari's experience in Acquisitions has allowed him to identify trends and opportunities, particularly in mixed-use and multi-family assets throughout the 5 boroughs
Akiva Katz has been at Westbridge Realty Group since July 2016, serving as the firm's Senior Analyst. As such, Akiva is responsible for all market data that we provide our clients. All of the firm's offering materials, underwriting, and property evaluations are overseen by Akiva. Additionally, Akiva leads the advisory division of Westbridge, which primarily consists of BOV's, market studies, and acquisition or disposition underwriting.
Prior to joining Westbridge Realty Group, Akiva worked in the private equity industry as an analyst, providing leveraged buyout valuation, extensive company due diligence and complex operational advice for potential acquisitions. Mr. Katz graduated from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, as well as a minor in Management.
