Ariel Benyacov is a Director at Westbridge Realty Group, joining the team in June of 2017. Ari specializes in mixed-use, multifamily, and development properties in all five boroughs of New York. Ari is known for his “hands on” approach, often involved in the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and financing of his client’s deals.
Prior to joining Westbridge, Ari served as Head of Acquisition for The Stuyvesant Group, one of Brooklyn’s preeminent developers, during which time he was responsible for the acquisition & disposition in over $100mm worth of real estate. Ari’s experience in Acquisitions has allowed him to identify trends and opportunities, particularly in mixed-use and multi-family assets throughout the 5 boroughs

The Sheridan Court Mews, located at 201 East 164th Street in the Bronx, traded for $24.5 million last week, according to a source. The Lightstone Group bought the six-story building from Sheridan Court Mews Associates L.P. It has 129 apartments and one commercial space. Westbridge Realty Group’s Adam Traub and Ariel Benyacov brokered the deal.
